SR20 S14/S15 Anodized Black Top-feed fuel rail conversion with Bosch ev14 850cc injectors, and SR20 Plug and Play Injector Sub Harness. Looking to upgrade your fuel system and retain the factory intake manifold? Here at Clean Injection we’ve designed a top-feed rail exclusively for the SR20 S14/S15 platform. We have bundled the kit with a set of Bosch ev14 850cc fuel injectors and plug and play sr20 injector sub harness. Only thing required is to plumb your own fuel lines to the fuel rail. Clean injection sub harness is designed using high temp TXL wire which meets SAW J-1560 requirements. TXL wires are protected using High Temp Nylon braided sleeves allowing the harness to handle engine bay temperatures ranging from -59.8°F to 257°F. The TXL wires and sleeves are secured using heat shrink tubing lined with adhesive. This harness is designed using USCAR/EV6 Injector plugs making it a perfect swap for a clean and simple install. Includes temperature switch connector and late model Oval style temperature sensor connector. Harness is fully tested after assembly with a guaranteed turn key engine start. No cutting or soldering wires necessary. The fuel rail will include 2pcs -6 end fittings and 1pc -6 return port fitting. We have also anodized coated our rails making it resistant to the corrosive nature of e85 high ethanol content fuels. Fuel rails are available in 4 different finishes (Anodized Blue, Black, Purple, and Silver/Aluminum). The injectors are flow tested statically and dynamically on the industry leading ASNU flow bench. Dynamic flow characteristics of a fuel injector is critical to a sound running engine. We make sure all injectors are balanced at different RPM points and pulse widths. Injectors will come with flow sheet and injector latency data for tuning. BOSCH EV14 injectors are e85/alcohol compatible. At 4bar fuel pressure the injectors can support engines making up to 600+hp. The injectors utilize a single 30 degree mist spray pattern which will provide proper fuel atomization resulting in smoother idle, and clean combustion characteristics. With the combination of a balanced set and great fuel atomization, you will achieve light and partial throttle drivability, lower emissions, easier tuning, and more power output to the wheels. Kit is designed to fit all SR20DET and SR20DE S14 and S15 turbo and non turbo engine with factory/Standard Intake manifold as pictured above. Genuine, reliable Bosch Injectors.
