RnD 1000’s – Based on a Bosch Injector adapted to fit the Z20 LET – LEH. We have found these injectors to be a very good performance inector, suitable for around the 600HP region when run at a sensible base pressure. We have also found that for such large injector these respond very well at small pluse widths , generally idle can be mapped to be stoich without any issues of AFR stability. They feature a multi hole orafice plate in the end that sprays a very efficiant cloud of fuel rather than a singular jet, at high HP’s having a better atomised fuel injection is beneficial in many ways. These are a direct fit with regards to electrical connectivity and install , care is needed to make sure they are installed and seated suitably. In standard type inlet manifolds as well as Klassen manifolds these injectors will fit perfectly. Call: 01347 838 174. Please Note: These injectors are not “direct fit” for some EDS style inlet manifolds (namely the non geuine kind). Compared to the genuine article these manifolds do not get the same level of precision machining. Some modification to the injector adaptor may be required to ensure a good fit / seal.
