For sale a set of 4 Fully reconditioned, ultrasonically cleaned genuine Bosch fuel injectors to fit little pocket rocket VW Polo Coupe G40 with PY engine. This is simple plug&play upgrade to a 4 hole nozzle type that will greatly improve atomization over the original pintle needle Items. These are Genuine Bosch EV1 Replace Bosch No : 0280150721 (030 906 031 B). Independent aftermarket part (IAM). Flow rate 3 bar/min, N-heptane. 150.5 g/min (215cc/min). A considerable time and effort was put into reconditioning these injectors, however some cosmetic imperfections maybe present on plastic part of the injector which has no affect on its operation. The injectors then placed in one of two ultrasonic baths filled with cleaning agent specially designed for ultrasonic cleaning of petrol fuel injectors (made by CarbonZapp) This whole process takes 40 minutes during which the injectors are connected to bench test machine ans constantly cycled on and off to achieve the best results. The cleaned set is then fully tested using test programs within bench test machine replicating operating conditions in the vehicle, various pressures and the spray patterns also tested. All injectors that pass the test and within manufacturers specification reassembled using new quality partsO-Rings, Pintle Caps, Basket Filters, ect. This is followed by a fresh coat of high Temp paint to prevent the injectors from rusting. Attention to all Buyers from Italy!
